1️⃣ ACCOUNTS MANAGER (Experienced)

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹28,000 + Performance Perks

Qualifications: B.Com/M.Com (Semi-qualified CA/CS Inter highly preferred).

Experience: Proven track record in core accounting, GST compliance, and team leadership.

Role: Overseeing full-cycle accounting and high-level reporting.

2️⃣ JUNIOR SUPPORT STAFF (2 Openings – Freshers)

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 (Based on talent/aptitude).

Role: Perfect for ambitious freshers looking to master BUSY software and taxation.

🛠️ KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS (KRAs)

Selected candidates will handle end-to-end accounting functions:

Software Mastery: Daily operations on BUSY Accounting Software.

Statutory Compliance: GST data prep, TDS, ESI/PF filing, and Tax Invoicing.

Commercial Ops: Billing, E-way bill generation, and Purchase/Sales returns.

Banking & Payroll: Salary processing, bank reconciliation, and fund management.

Recovery: Diligent payment follow-ups and bookkeeping.

📋 REQUIREMENTS & LOGISTICS

📍 Location: Patna Office Only.

🪪 Mandatory: A valid driving license is a must for all candidates.

⚖️ Work Structure:

Female Candidates: Dedicated Office-based operations.
