Hiring: Acquisition Manager – Online Pharmacy
Locations: Patna / Bhagalpur / Ranchi / Daltonganj / Deoghar
Salary: Up to ₹3.6 LPA

Role Overview: We are looking for energetic Acquisition Managers to source and onboard Health Buddy (HB) partners in assigned territories. The role involves field visits, lead generation, documentation coordination, and partner training.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and convert leads for HB onboarding
- Conduct regular market visits
- Coordinate documentation & DL applications with brand compliance
- Train and support newly onboarded HBs
- Achieve monthly acquisition targets
Requirements: Graduate / Undergraduate
1+ year experience in Field Sales / FMCG / Insurance / Retail / B2B
Strong communication & negotiation skills
Must have local area knowledge and be comfortable with field travel
