Admission Counsellor

Role OverviewWe are looking for a dedicated and dynamic Admission Counselor to guide students through their career and higher education journey. The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding students’ aspirations, providing program guidance, and helping them take admission decisions confidently. You will play a vital role in connecting students with the right universities and courses, while contributing to the institute’s enrollment targets.

• Key Responsibilities🎓 Student CounselingCounsel students and parents on various UG/PG programs (BBA, BCA, MBA, MCA, B.Com, etc.) offered by top NAAC A+ universities.
• Understand each student’s academic background, interests, and career goals to recommend the best-fit university or course.
• Handle inquiries from walk-ins, calls, WhatsApp, and online leads effectively.
• Conduct personalized counseling sessions (in-person or virtual) to convert leads into enrollments.
• 📞 Lead Management & Follow-UpFollow up on all assigned leads systematically through CRM / database tools.
• Maintain daily call logs, lead status, and update counseling notes in the CRM.
• Ensure 100% follow-up on inquiries and maintain a healthy conversion ratio.
• Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for lead quality feedback and updates.
• 📄 Admissions & DocumentationGuide students in completing the admission form, document submission, and registration process.
• Coordinate with the accounts team for fee payment verification and acknowledgment.
• Ensure accurate documentation, record keeping, and timely submission to the university desk.
• 💡 Target Achievement & ReportingAchieve monthly and quarterly admission targets assigned by the management.
• Participate in marketing and counseling campaigns (seminars, webinars, education fairs, etc.).
• Submit daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports to the Admission Manager.
