About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and student-focused Academic Counsellor to guide students and parents in choosing the right higher education programs (B.Tech, BBA, MBA, Law, B.Sc, etc.). The candidate will be responsible for counselling, follow-ups, and converting inquiries into successful admissions — all while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel students via calls, WhatsApp, and virtual meetings

• Understand student profile, career goals, and academic background

• Suggest suitable universities, colleges, and courses

• Provide complete guidance on admission process, eligibility, and documentation

• Follow up with leads and ensure timely application submissions

• Maintain accurate records of student interactions in CRM/sheets

• Achieve weekly and monthly admission targets

• Coordinate with university admission teams when required

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate / Postgraduate (preferred)

• Strong communication & convincing skills (Hindi + English)

• Experience in higher education counselling / admission process

• Comfortable working with targets

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets / CRM tools

• Self-disciplined and able to work independently from home
