Job Summary:
We are looking for a result driven Area Sales Manager to lead our Sales team, driving business growth and expanding market presence.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet targets
- Manage and support a team of Sales representatives
- Monitor Sales performance and provide regular reports.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key distributors and accounts.
- Analyze market trends identify new opportunities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field
Proven experience as a Sales Manager in FMCG
Strong Leadership and team management Skills
