• Experience in teaching MBA / BBA students will be preferred
• Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver lectures for MBA and BBA programs
• Prepare lesson plans, presentations, and study materials
• Conduct assignments, internal assessments, and examinations
• Mentor and guide students for projects, internships, and career development
• Participate in academic research and publications
• Support curriculum development and academic activities
• Participate in seminars, workshops, and faculty development programs
• Skills RequiredStrong communication and presentation skills
• Knowledge of modern teaching methods and tools
• Ability to mentor and motivate students
• Good research and analytical skills
