Job Description
- Cash Replenishment: Refilling cash in designated bank ATMs according to a schedule and maintaining accurate records of every transaction.
- Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Performing routine inspections and minor "First Level Maintenance" (FLM) such as fixing paper jams, cleaning sensors, or resolving system errors.
- Security Compliance: Following strict security protocols during the loading and unloading process, often coordinating with armored transport or security personnel.
- Reporting: Generating performance reports, monitoring for fraud or system discrepancies, and updating logs for cash deposited or withdrawn.
- Cash Collection: In some roles, picking up cash from customer locations and depositing it into bank accounts.
