Back-end Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Backend Executive to manage back-office operations and provide administrative support to ensure smooth business functioning. The role involves data management, coordination with internal teams, documentation, and process support.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day back-office and administrative operations
• Maintain and update records, databases, and documentation accurately
• Process internal reports, invoices, and operational data
• Coordinate with front-end teams, vendors, and other departments
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Support management with MIS reports and data analysis

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
• Proven experience in back-office, backend, or administrative roles
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email tools
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data handling
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Good verbal and written communication skills
