We are hiring a result-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) responsible for selling software and mobile application solutions. The role involves handling the complete sales cycle—client calls, requirement understanding, demo presentation, follow-ups, and final conversion.


Key Responsibilities:


📞 Connect with potential B2B clients via calls, WhatsApp, email, and online platforms

  • 🔍 Understand client requirements and suggest suitable software & mobile app solutions
  • 📅 Schedule and conduct online demos for software and applications
  • 🎤 Deliver professional product presentations and explain features clearly
  • 🔁 Ensure timely follow-ups to convert leads into customers
  • 📑 Provide complete project explanation including scope, features, pricing, and timeline
  • 💼 Close sales and achieve monthly/quarterly targets
  • 🤝 Maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business
  • 📊 Update CRM with daily activities and lead status
  • 🚀 Coordinate with technical/operations team for smooth project execution post-sale 


Required Skills:


  • Excellent communication & presentation skills
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales process
  • Ability to sell software and mobile applications
  • Good convincing and negotiation skills
  • Target-oriented and self-driven attitude
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and demo platforms


Qualifications:

  • Graduate in any stream
  • 0–3 years of experience in sales/business development
  • Freshers with strong communication skills can apply 
  • Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):Calls & demos conducted
  • Lead conversion ratio
  • Revenue generated
  • Follow-up consistency
