We are hiring a result-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) responsible for selling software and mobile application solutions. The role involves handling the complete sales cycle—client calls, requirement understanding, demo presentation, follow-ups, and final conversion.
Key Responsibilities:
📞 Connect with potential B2B clients via calls, WhatsApp, email, and online platforms
- 🔍 Understand client requirements and suggest suitable software & mobile app solutions
- 📅 Schedule and conduct online demos for software and applications
- 🎤 Deliver professional product presentations and explain features clearly
- 🔁 Ensure timely follow-ups to convert leads into customers
- 📑 Provide complete project explanation including scope, features, pricing, and timeline
- 💼 Close sales and achieve monthly/quarterly targets
- 🤝 Maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business
- 📊 Update CRM with daily activities and lead status
- 🚀 Coordinate with technical/operations team for smooth project execution post-sale
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication & presentation skills
- Strong understanding of B2B sales process
- Ability to sell software and mobile applications
- Good convincing and negotiation skills
- Target-oriented and self-driven attitude
- Familiarity with CRM tools and demo platforms
Qualifications:
- Graduate in any stream
- 0–3 years of experience in sales/business development
- Freshers with strong communication skills can apply
- Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):Calls & demos conducted
- Lead conversion ratio
