Business Development Executive (BDE)

Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to communicate with customers over the phone, promote our products/services, and generate leads or sales. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
• Explain products or services clearly and answer customer questions
• Generate leads, fix appointments, or close sales as per targets
• Maintain accurate records of calls and customer details
• Follow up on previous calls and inquiries
• Handle customer objections professionally
• Meet daily/weekly/monthly calling and performance targets

Requirements & Skills:

• Minimum qualification: 10+2 / Graduate (preferred)
• Proven experience as a telecaller or similar role (freshers can apply)
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Ability to persuade and build rapport with customers
• Basic computer knowledge (CRM, MS Excel is a plus)
• Patience, confidence, and a positive attitude
