• CORE RESPONSIBILITIESAggressively call and convert all leads.
• Maintain a minimum 100+ dials/day.
• Drive on-campus footfall by booking appointments through persistent follow-ups.
• Deliver sharp, no-fluff counselling to students and parents focused on outcomes — job, placement, and ROI.
• Own the entire sales funnel — from first call to final enrollment and fee collection.
• Achieve 30–35% conversion from digital leads month-on-month.
• Use WhatsApp, calls, and emails smartly to nurture and close cold or dormant leads.
• Follow daily CRM discipline — every interaction logged, every status updated.
• Share feedback daily on lead quality, drop reasons, objections, and script tweaks.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly admission quotas.
• Track KPIs weekly: dials, connects, appointments, show-ups, conversions.
• Assist in field events (school visits, seminars, education fairs) for bulk lead sourcing.
• Work closely with marketing to suggest campaign changes based on conversion data.
• REQUIRED PROFILEEducation & BackgroundBachelor’s degree in any field (preferably Marketing, Business, Psychology, Hospitality).
• Certifications in Sales, CRM, or Digital Marketing are a plus.
• Experience1–3 years in hardcore inside sales, admissions, telecalling, or B2C sales (EdTech, coaching centers, financial services, or telecom preferred).
• Must have worked in target-led, KPI-tracked environments.
• Familiarity with CRM tools, funnel tracking, Excel/Google Sheets is essential.
• Freshers with a fighter’s mindset, coachability, and clarity in speech are welcome.
