Job Description
- Identify and onboard bike taxi drivers in Patna.
- Conduct field visits to recruit potential drivers.
- Build and maintain relationships with local communities, garages, bike dealers, and driver networks.
- Explain company policies, earning potential, and onboarding process to drivers.
- Achieve weekly and monthly driver acquisition targets.
- Coordinate with operations and support teams for smooth onboarding.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and onboarded drivers.
- Gather market feedback and competitor insights.
