Job Description
As a BDE, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, onboarding partners/franchisees, and driving revenue growth through client acquisition and relationship building.
Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities (B2B & B2C).
- Onboard franchise partners under PayandServe’s LDP model.
- Pitch PayandServe’s digital & physical lending solutions to clients.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales & revenue targets.
- Maintain strong relationships with banks, NBFCs, and partners.
- Prepare reports on business growth, client feedback, and market trends.
- Support branch-level sales activities and promotional campaigns.
- Required Skills & Competencies: Excellent communication & negotiation skills.
- Strong presentation and client handling ability.
- Target-oriented with a passion for sales & business growth.
- Knowledge of financial products (loans, digital lending, NBFC partnerships) preferred.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and reporting.
