Business Development Manager (BDM)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Billing Executive to manage and execute the billing operations at our Carrying & Forwarding (C&F) unit in the pharmaceutical industry. The ideal candidate will ensure timely and accurate billing, adherence to GST and drug regulatory compliance, and coordination with sales, warehouse, and accounts departments.

• Key Responsibilities:Prepare invoices for stock dispatched to distributors as per sales orders.
• Verify product codes, batch numbers, MRP, GST, and expiry dates before billing.
• Ensure billing is done according to applicable GST norms and drug control laws.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date billing records in ERP or billing software (e.g., Tally, SAP, Marg, etc.).
• Reconcile billed vs dispatched quantities and ensure stock accuracy.
• Coordinate with warehouse and dispatch team for timely invoice generation and stock movement.
• Handle credit/debit notes, returns, and cancellations.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly billing reports for management.
• Liaise with auditors and finance team during audits.
• Ensure compliance with all C&F operational SOPs and pharma regulations.
