Role Overview :

We are hiring a dynamic business development manager who will be responsible for managing both the sales team and the telesales team, as well as overseeing the overall business operations of the company. He will have to manage leads, coordinate the sales team in client meetings and deal closure, and achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly business targets. The BDM will drive revenue through strong follow-ups, negotiations, and coordination with the sales team, telesales team, and channel partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily leads, follow-ups, and client interactions.
• Conduct client meetings & convert hot leads into bookings.
• Maintain accurate CRM entries, sales funnel hygiene, and daily reporting.
• Engage channel partners/brokers for lead flow and site visits.
• Negotiate with clients and support sales manager and Sales Executive in deal closures.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly booking & collection targets.
• Coordinate with CRM, Sales team, and Backoffice Team for smooth operations.

Eligibility

• Graduate (MBA preferred but optional)
• 5 to 10 years of real estate sales experience
