Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities:Business Development:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the project segment (residential, commercial, hospitality, institutional, etc.).
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, contractors, and consultants to promote tile products.
  • Generate leads, follow up on project inquiries, and convert them into confirmed sales.
  • Sales & Target Achievement:

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Prepare and deliver customized product presentations and proposals to clients.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close deals profitably.
  • Market & Customer Insights:

  • Conduct regular market visits to understand competitor activities, market trends, and customer needs.
  • Provide feedback to the management team for product improvement and new product development.
  • Project Management:

  • Coordinate with internal teams (design, logistics, technical) to ensure timely delivery and installation at project sites.
  • Track ongoing and upcoming projects for continuous business engagement.
  • Reporting & Documentation:

  • Maintain a CRM or project database with updated client and project information.
  • Submit weekly/monthly reports on leads, conversions, and pipeline updates.
  • Key Skills & Competencies:Strong network within the building material / construction / interiors ecosystem.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to understand architectural drawings and project specifications.
  • Result-oriented and self-motivated.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
