Job Description
Job Title: Business Development Manager (BDM) – EdTech
We are looking for a Business Development Manager (BDM) to expand and strengthen our B2B network in Bihar and drive student admissions. The role focuses on developing partnerships with institutes, agents, and channel partners to increase enrolments for our regular and online degree programs offered in collaboration with multiple universities and our own colleges.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage B2B partnerships across Bihar
- Generate and grow admissions through institutional tie-ups and referral networks
- Identify new business opportunities and markets
- Coordinate with internal teams to meet admission targets
Requirements:
- Experience in B2B sales/business development (EdTech preferred)
- Strong network and market knowledge of Bihar
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
