Job Description
Katyayani Org Fincare Pvt. Ltd. is a Direct Selling Agent (DSA) working with leading banks and NBFCs for Personal Loans, Business Loans and Credit Cards. We are hiring Business Development Officers (BDOs) for 10 key districts of Bihar including Patna, Muzaffarpur, Gaya, Bhagalpur, Darbhanga, Hajipur, Ara, Chapra, Gopalganj and Motihari.
The BDO role involves meeting customers, visiting shops and small businesses, building and managing connectors, collecting documents, following up on loan requirements, and coordinating with the office and bank teams. Candidates are also required to share simple daily updates through WhatsApp. Minimum qualification is Graduate or Final Year pursuing, and having a bike and Android phone is mandatory. Male candidates with good communication skills and a serious interest in field work will be preferred.
Salary & Benefits: Fixed salary ₹15,000 + attractive incentives + travel/mobile allowance + growth opportunity to Senior BDO / Team Leader.
Interview Timing: Online Walk-in Interview daily from 10 AM to 2 PM.
Dress Code: Male – formal shirt & trousers; Female – formal suit/kurti.
