Business Development & Sales Executive

Experience Required: 2-5 years in sales/marketing, preferably in food services or travel sectors

Type: Full-Time

Salary - Rs15,000 - Rs25,000 

Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Development:

*Identify and establish partnerships with B2B ticketing companies, travel agencies, and corporate clients to expand RailRecipe's reach.

*Develop strategies to onboard vendors, restaurants, and food suppliers across multiple regions.

*Research and identify new business opportunities, including untapped markets, innovative service ideas, and customer segments.

2. Marketing Campaigns:

*Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote RailRecipe’s services among train passengers and partner organizations.

*Leverage digital marketing tools to boost brand visibility and customer engagement.

*Collaborate with the design team to create marketing materials, including brochures, social media posts, and presentations.

3. Relationship Management:

*Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and stakeholders.

*Ensure timely resolution of customer/vendor queries and issues.

4. Performance Analysis:

*Monitor and analyze sales and marketing metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness.

*Provide regular reports to management, highlighting key insights and areas for improvement.

5. Event Coordination:

*Represent RailRecipe at industry events, expos, and trade shows to showcase the brand and attract new partnerships.

Skills and Qualifications:

*Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

*Proven experience in business development and marketing roles.

*Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
