Job Title:- Calls & Complaints Auditor (Operations) - Chemist Box Private Limited
About Chemist Box Private Limited: Chemist Box Private Limited, a prominent multi-outlet retail pharmacy chain in Bihar, With 16-17 physical stores with massive expansion plan.
Position: - Calls & Compliance auditor Location -Patna
Key Responsibilities:
Call Monitoring: Listen to recorded calls and evaluate agent performance
Complaint Analysis: Review of how customer complaints are handled and resolved
Quality Scoring: Rate interactions based on predefined criteria (tone, accuracy, resolution, etc.)
Feedback & Coaching: Provide feedback to customer service agents for improvement
Compliance Checks: Ensure agents follow legal and company guidelines
Reporting: Prepare audit reports and highlight trends or recurring issues
Required Skills:
Strong attention to detail
Good communication and listeningskills
Analytical thinking Knowledge of QA (Quality Assurance)processes
Familiarity with CRM or call-center tools
Educational Qualification:
Minimum: graduate or above
Experience:
More than 1 years of experience in a similar role
