Key Responsibilities:

• Deep cleaning and detailing of vehicle interiors and exteriors.
• Use professional-grade machines and detailing products.
• Assist in high-end services like ceramic coating and PPF installations (training provided).
• Maintain high-quality standards and customer satisfaction.
• Handle company tools, cleaning kits, and safety gear responsibly.
• Be polite, punctual, and professional with clients.

Who Can Apply:

• People working as car cleaners who want to upgrade their career.
• Freshers passionate about cars (full training provided).
• Experience in car cleaning or detailing is a bonus.
• Must be physically fit, hardworking, and honest.
• Two-wheeler preferred for local travel.

Salary & Incentives:

• ₹18,000 per month (on hand salary).
• Performance Incentives: Up to ₹12,000–₹25,000 extra per month based on service completion and customer feedback.
• Tips: 100% of tips from customers go directly to the cleaner.
• Special Bonuses: For best employee of the month and festival season work.
• Total Monthly Potential: ₹30,000–₹60,000 (Salary + Incentives + Tips)

• गाड़ियों का डीप इंटीरियर और एक्सटीरियर डिटेलिंग करना।
• प्रोफेशनल मशीनों और डिटेलिंग प्रोडक्ट्स का उपयोग करना।
• सिरेमिक कोटिंग और PPF जैसे हाई-एंड सर्विस में असिस्ट करना (ट्रेनिंग दी जाएगी)।
• ग्राहकों को उच्च गुणवत्ता की सेवा देना और संतुष्टि सुनिश्चित करना।
• कंपनी के टूल्स, किट और सेफ्टी गियर का सही इस्तेमाल करना।
• हमेशा समय पर और प्रोफेशनल तरीके से काम करना।

• ईमानदार, मेहनती और कस्टमर-फ्रेंडली होना अनिवार्य।
• अपना टू-व्हीलर होना वरीयता (लेकिन जरूरी नहीं)।

वेतन और इंसेंटिव:

• ₹18,000 प्रति माह (हाथ में वेतन)।
• परफॉर्मेंस इंसेंटिव: ₹12,000–₹25,000 अतिरिक्त हर महीने (सेवा गुणवत्ता और ग्राहक फीडबैक के आधार पर)।
• टिप्स: ग्राहकों से प्राप्त 100% टिप सीधे कर्मचारी को।
• स्पेशल बोनस: बेस्ट परफ़ॉर्मर ऑफ द मंथ और फेस्टिव सीजन बोनस।
• कुल संभावित कमाई: ₹30,000–₹60,000 प्रति माह (वेतन + इंसेंटिव + टिप्स)
