What you will Do?

·         Develop and maintain strong relations with the channel partners

·         Build and implement strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets in the given region

·         Ensure proper execution of the business strategies rolled out for the channel in the region

·         Regularly communicate about products, markets and sales tools to all channel partners

·         Planning and implementing activities for the channel as well as partners resulting in business growth

 

 

 

 

What makes you a Great Fit?

·         Postgraduate/ Graduate with 10 to 12 years of experience

·         NISM V-A Certified

·         Good understanding of financial market data and changing dynamics of Mutual Fund Industry

·         Good understanding of products & key business parameters

·         Able to effectively lead a team to implement plans at the ground level

·         Should be able to implement & execute business strategies

·         Good communication & presentation skills

·         Should be able to manage teams

·         Open to local commute & outstation travel if required
