Job Description
- hartered Accountant – Roles & ResponsibilitiesHandle end-to-end accounting, taxation, and compliance for 3 group companies with the support of an internal finance team.
- Supervise and guide the team in daily accounting operations, ledger scrutiny, and finalization of accounts.
- Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, Income Tax returns, and other statutory compliances for all three entities.
- Review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and MIS reports.
- Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities for audits and assessments.
- Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and financial controls across all companies.
- Ensure adherence to Companies Act, Income Tax Act, and GST laws.
- Identify process improvements and implement best accounting and compliance practices.
- Provide financial insights and reports to management for decision-making.
