Job Description:

Urban Company is looking for skilled Chimney and TV Technicians to provide installation, maintenance, and repair services at customer locations. The technician will visit customer homes, diagnose appliance issues, and provide professional repair services while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, service, and repair kitchen chimneys and televisions.
• Diagnose technical faults and identify required spare parts.
• Perform maintenance and cleaning of appliances.
• Replace faulty components and ensure proper functioning.
• Follow company safety and service standards.
• Communicate with customers about service details.
• Maintain service records and complete assigned jobs through the company app.

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of TV and kitchen chimney repair.
• Minimum 1 year experience in appliance repair (preferred).
• Ability to diagnose electrical/mechanical issues.
• Two-wheeler for field visits.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Education: 8th / 10th / ITI / Diploma (preferred).

जॉब विवरण:

अर्बन कंपनी को चिमनी और टीवी टेक्नीशियन की आवश्यकता है जो कस्टमर के घर जाकर इंस्टॉलेशन, रिपेयर और मेंटेनेंस की सेवाएं दे सके। टेक्नीशियन को उपकरण की समस्या पहचानकर सही तरीके से सर्विस प्रदान करनी होगी और कस्टमर को अच्छी सर्विस देनी होगी।

मुख्य जिम्मेदारियां:

• किचन चिमनी और टीवी की इंस्टॉलेशन, सर्विस और रिपेयर करना।
• तकनीकी खराबी पहचानना और जरूरी पार्ट्स बताना।
• उपकरण की सफाई और नियमित मेंटेनेंस करना।
• खराब पार्ट्स बदलकर सही तरीके से काम सुनिश्चित करना।
• कंपनी के सेफ्टी और सर्विस नियमों का पालन करना।
• कस्टमर से सर्विस के बारे में सही तरीके से बात करना।
• सर्विस रिकॉर्ड मेंटेन करना और कंपनी ऐप के जरिए जॉब्स पूरा करना।

योग्यता:

• टीवी और किचन चिमनी रिपेयर का बेसिक ज्ञान।
• कम से कम 1 साल का अनुभव (प्राथमिकता)।
• इलेक्ट्रिकल और मैकेनिकल समस्या पहचानने की क्षमता।
• फील्ड विजिट के लिए टू-व्हीलर होना चाहिए।
• अच्छी कम्युनिकेशन और कस्टमर हैंडलिंग स्किल।
• शिक्षा: 8वीं / 10वीं / आईटीआई / डिप्लोमा (प्राथमिकता)।
