The Circle Manager Distribution-SRGTASC-Government Business-Regional Sales is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing sales and distribution strategies within a defined geographic circle. This role demands a strategic mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to motivate and guide a team towards achieving sales targets and maintaining high standards of customer service.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, support, and performance evaluations.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets within the assigned circle.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and potential threats.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company policies, maintaining a high level of integrity.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government bodies and business partners.
  • Analyze sales data and provide regular reports to senior management, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Train and mentor team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
  • Resolve customer complaints and ensure timely and effective resolution of issues.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences and efficient operations.
  • A bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales leadership role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a diverse team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using sales data to drive decision-making.
  • Knowledge of government business processes and regulations is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant sales management tools.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned circle for business purposes.
