Job Description

We are hiring a Civil Foreman to manage daily construction work for NGO projects like schools, hospitals, and community buildings. You will handle labor, supervise site work, and ensure quality and safety at site.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site work and manage labor team
• Ensure work is done as per drawings and engineer instructions
• Plan daily tasks and monitor productivity
• Check quality of work (RCC, brickwork, plaster, finishing)
• Ensure material availability and reduce wastage
• Maintain discipline and safety at site (PPE, housekeeping)
• Report daily progress to Site Engineer

Requirements

• ITI / Diploma or strong practical site experience
• 3–8 years experience in construction site work
• Knowledge of RCC, brickwork, plaster, finishing
• Ability to understand basic drawings
• Good labor handling skills
• Must know Hindi
