Collection Executive / Officer

A collections job involves contacting individuals or businesses with overdue payments, negotiating repayment plans, and securing payments while maintaining compliance and customer relations. Key duties include monitoring accounts, resolving billing issues, updating records, and reporting on collection activities, requiring strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills to ensure timely debt recovery and positive cash flow for the company.
