Knowledge of MARG SOFTWARE for billing in wholesale store.

and must have following: • knowledge of MS Office • understanding of filesystems and file types • knowledge of internet and safe browsing practices • either experience as a computer operator, or coursework like COPA is required

Computer Operator / Billing Executive (Mall)

- Handle billing & invoicing – Generate, print, and post invoices using MARG software; ensure accuracy of GST details.

- Data entry & maintenance – Enter sales, payments, and customer info into the system; update inventory and ledger records.

- Customer support – Resolve billing queries, provide receipt copies, and assist shoppers at the billing counter.

- Cash & POS management – Accept cash/ card payments, reconcile daily cash/ bank deposits, and generate daily/ weekly reports.

- Software basics – Proficient in MARG modules (Billing, Accounts, Inventory); MS Excel/ Office skills a must.

- Team coordination – Liaise with store managers, finance team, and IT support for troubleshooting.
