Construction Marketing Executive

JOB DESCRIPTION: MARKETING EXECUTIVE (FIELD SALES, ELEVATOR)

Company Overview

We are a premier Elevator Manufacturing Company dedicated to providing high-quality vertical transportation solutions. As we expand our footprint in Bihar and Jharkhand, we are seeking result-oriented Marketing Executives to join our teams in Patna and Ranchi.

Role Objective

The Marketing Executive will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new construction projects and building strategic partnerships with key stakeholders in the real estate and construction sectors.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation: Proactively identify and visit under-construction sites, residential complexes, and commercial projects.

Stakeholder Management: Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with Architects, Interior Designers, Builders, and Civil Contractors.

Direct Sales & Demos: Conduct on-site meetings to explain technical specifications and highlight the company’s USP.

Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities and stay updated on upcoming real estate developments within the assigned territory.

Sales Pipeline: Maintain accurate daily logs of site visits and follow up consistently with leads to ensure conversion.

Candidate Requirements

Experience: Prior experience in sales/marketing within Paints, Construction, Bricks, Steel, Cement, Building Materials, or Interior Design industries is highly preferred.

Communication: Excellent persuasive skills; fluency in Hindi is required (basic English is a plus).

Mobility: Two-wheeler (Bike/Scooter) and a valid Driving License are mandatory.

Attributes: High energy, "go-getter" attitude, and a strong preference for field-based work.

Salary & Benefits

Fixed Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience).

Allowances: Travel Allowance (TA) and Daily Allowance (DA) provided separately.

Incentives: Highly competitive performance-based incentive structure.

Location: Patna | Ranchi.
