Job OverviewWe are hiring a confident, customer-oriented Counter Sales Executive for a branded watches showroom in Anisabad, Patna.

The ideal candidate should have a presentable personality, strong communication skills, and prior experience in retail or lifestyle product sales.

• Key Responsibilities
• Greet and assist walk-in customers in a polite and professional manner
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable watch collections
• Explain product features such as brand, model, warranty, strap type, water resistance, and ongoing offers
• Handle billing, invoicing, and POS entries accurately
• Maintain product displays, stock arrangement, and showroom cleanliness
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Handle customer queries, exchanges, and warranty-related concerns professionally
• Coordinate with the Store Manager regarding stock updates and new arrivals
• Follow showroom SOPs, customer service standards, and security procedures

Candidate Requirements

• Male & Female candidates can apply
• Minimum 12th Pass (Graduate preferred)
• 1–5 years of retail sales experience
• (Watches / Electronics / Apparel / Accessories preferred)
• Strong communication skills (Hindi mandatory, basic English preferred)
• Presentable personality with good convincing and selling skills
• Basic computer knowledge and POS handling experience
• Willingness to work in retail shifts, weekends, and festive seasons
