Crypto Mining Expert

We are searching for a highly skilled and experienced Crypto Mining Expert to lead the technical design, deployment, and optimization of our cryptocurrency mining operations. This expert role requires deep knowledge of both hardware systems and software protocols to maximize efficiency and profitability in a large-scale data center environment.

Key Responsibilities

• System Design : Design and implement the technical architecture for mining facilities, focusing on optimal layouts for hardware, power, networking, and cooling systems.
• Hardware Selection and Deployment: Evaluate, procure, deploy, and manage high-density, high-efficiency mining equipment, including the latest generation of ASIC miners.
• Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor and analyze mining performance to identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to increase operational efficiency and profitability.
• Software & Firmware Management: Develop, test, and manage custom firmware and mining pool software configurations to enhance performance and stability.
• Network & Security Management: Design secure and resilient network infrastructure for mining operations and implement best practices for digital asset security.
• Troubleshooting & R&D: Act as the primary escalation point for complex technical issues and lead research and development efforts into new mining technologies, cryptocurrencies, and efficiency improvements.
• Team Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the on-site team of Mining Technicians.

Required Specific Skills and Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 3 Years of professional experience in data center operations, high-performance computing (HPC), or direct crypto mining management.
• Deep Hardware Expertise: In-depth knowledge of various ASIC miners and GPU-based mining rigs, including their electrical and thermal properties.
• Programming/Scripting: Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash) for automation, monitoring, and data analysis. C++ experience is a significant advantage for working with specialized software.
• Networking & Linux: Expert-level knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP), network security, and managing systems within a Linux/Unix environment.
• Electrical & HVAC Knowledge: Strong understanding of industrial power distribution (PDUs, three-phase power) and large-scale cooling/HVAC systems.
• Analytical Skills: High proficiency in data analysis and financial modeling related to mining ROI, energy costs, and market volatility.
• Blockchain Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of different consensus mechanisms and various cryptocurrency protocols.
