Job Description:

Kamy General Hospital is looking for a disciplined and detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to manage daily financial records and support accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily data entry of cash inflow and outflow for all hospital departments
• Prepare and maintain vouchers for every payment transaction
• Coordinate with the accountant on a regular basis (twice a week) for data verification and reconciliation
• Ensure accuracy and timely updating of financial records in Tally

Work Details:

• Fixed office-based role
• Working Days: Monday to Saturday
• Working Hours: 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM
• Must be comfortable working on Tally

Salary & Growth:

• Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹10,000 per month
• Initial probation period of 6 months
• Post-probation: Additional responsibilities with potential salary increment of ₹2,000 based on performance
