Job Title: Social Media Specialist / Digital Marketing Executive

Location: Jagdeo Path, Patna

Salary Range: ₹8,000 – ₹15,000/month

Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and energetic Social Media Specialist who can manage client accounts, create posts, upload products, execute social media ads, and handle digital marketing activities across Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms.

Ideal for candidates with 0–2 years experience in social media, graphics, or ecommerce.

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media Account Handling

• Manage daily posts, stories, and reels on Facebook & Instagram.
• Maintain calendar for multiple client accounts.
• Reply to comments/messages (basic community management).

2. Content Creation & Designing

• Create posts, reels, banners, product images.
• Basic editing using Canva, CapCut, Photoshop (optional).

3. Facebook & Instagram Ads

• Run basic ad campaigns:
• Traffic
• Engagement
• Lead generation
• Monitor daily performance and budget.

4. Ecommerce & Product Management

• Upload/manage products on platforms like:
• Facebook Shop
• Instagram Shop
• Shopify / WooCommerce (if applicable)
• Update pricing, inventory, product descriptions.

5. Client Onboarding and Coordination

• Gather client requirements, brand details, and content.
• Ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
• Maintain WhatsApp/Email communication.

6. Reporting & Insights

• Prepare weekly performance reports.
• Suggest improvements on content & reach.

Skills Required

• Canva (must)
• Basic video editing (CapCut/InShot preferred)
• Understanding of FB & Insta Ads Manager
• Good communication (Hindi + basic English)
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts
• Creative mindset & trend awareness

Qualification

• Graduate preferred
• 12th pass with strong skills may also apply
