Field Collection Officer

What You’ll Do:

• Build & maintain strong relationships with dealers & customers
• Pitch & sell EV loan products, highlighting key benefits
• Ensure smooth loan application processing & documentation
• Follow up & close loan deals efficiently
• Achieve & exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets
• Drive dealer partnerships & support their sales & marketing efforts
• Ensure timely collection of payments
• Keep accurate records of sales, customer interactions & dealer relationships

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• 1-3 years of experience in loan sales (Automotive/EV Financing preferred)
• Strong communication, negotiation & relationship-building skills
• Proven track record in meeting & exceeding sales targets
• Ability to work independently & in a fast-paced environment
