We are looking for a sales professional to manage our operation across-

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

🔹 Sales & Business Development

• Identify and develop new customers (hospitals, blood banks, labs, clinics).
• Promote and sell company products to achieve assigned sales targets.
• Generate leads through field visits, referrals, and market research.
• Prepare and present product demonstrations and proposals.

🔹 Customer Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, technicians, purchase managers, and administrators.
• Address customer queries, complaints, and after-sales coordination.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term business retention.

🔹 Product Knowledge & Promotion

• Maintain thorough knowledge of product features, applications, and benefits.
• Explain technical specifications clearly to customers.
• Conduct product training sessions for users when required.

🔹 Market Intelligence & Reporting

• Collect market feedback, competitor information, and pricing trends.
• Submit daily/weekly visit reports and sales forecasts.
• Share insights with management for strategy improvement.

🔹 Order Processing & Coordination

• Negotiate pricing within company guidelines.
• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, installation, and service support.
• Follow up on payments and documentation

CANDIDATES PROFILE

• Education- Graduate
• Experience :- 1-3 yrs (Experience in Medical Device or related industries would be an advantage)
