Job Title: Sales Executive – Digital Marketing & Ecommerce Services

Location: Jagdeo Path, Patna

Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹15,000/month (plus incentives)

Experience: 0–2 years

Job Type: Full-time, In-office

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to help expand our client base for Social Media, Digital Marketing, Quick Commerce & Ecommerce services.

The role includes identifying leads, meeting prospects, pitching services, converting sales, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Identify potential clients through calls, field visits, WhatsApp, social media, and referrals.
  • Build a pipeline of:
  • Retail shops
  • Small businesses
  • Service providers
  • Ecommerce sellers
  • Local brands

2. Sales Pitching & Client Meetings

  • Explain service offerings clearly:
  • Social media management
  • Post creation & ads
  • Ecommerce onboarding (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho)
  • Quick commerce onboarding (Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart)
  • Product catalog and listing services
  • Conduct on-site and in-office meetings.
  • Present pricing, proposals, and growth plans to clients.

3. Conversions & Onboarding

  • Convert leads into paying clients.
  • Collect required details, documents, and onboarding information.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (telecalling/ecommerce/creative team) for implementation.

4. Relationship Management

  • Maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Handle post-sales support with the operations team.
  • Upsell additional services where suitable.

5. Reporting & Tracking

  • Maintain daily sales report (DSR).
  • Update Excel/CRM with all lead and client details.
  • Achieve weekly & monthly sales targets.

KPIs (Performance Indicators)

  • Number of leads generated
  • Meetings fixed & attended
  • Sales conversions
  • Client retention
  • Revenue targets

Skills Required

  • Strong communication & negotiation skills
  • Confident personality with sales mindset
  • Basic understanding of:
  • Social media marketing
  • Digital marketing
  • Ecommerce platforms
  • Ability to handle field sales and office sales
  • Good follow-up discipline
  • Basic Excel/Google Sheets knowledge

Qualification

  • 12th Pass / Graduate
  • Freshers with sales ability are welcome
  • Two-wheeler preferred (petrol allowance available if required)

  • 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
  • 6 days working
