Reporting To: Sales Supervisor / Super Stockist

Job DescriptionWe are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to expand the market presence of Rainfall Basmati Rice. The candidate will be responsible for daily retail visits, product placement, order generation, and meeting monthly sales targets.

• Key ResponsibilitiesVisit 50 retail outlets per day, covering assigned routes.
• Promote and sell Rainfall Basmati Rice to retailers and wholesalers.
• Generate sales orders and ensure product availability in the market.
• Achieve the monthly sales target of 25 tons.
• Maintain relationships with retailers and collect market feedback.
• Update daily sales, outlet coverage, and order data regularly.
• Report daily progress to the Sales Supervisor (Super).
• Ensure visibility, branding, and correct product placement at outlets.
• Identify new markets and retailer opportunities.
• Incentives & CompensationIncentive plan starts after achieving the monthly target of 25 tons.
• Additional performance-based rewards and bonuses.
• RequirementsMinimum 1–2 years of experience in FMCG sales (rice, food grains, spices preferred).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Must be comfortable with extensive field work.
• Mobile phone for daily reporting.
• Two-wheeler preferred (fuel allowance as per policy).
