As part of our expansion plans, we are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Field Sales Executive to join our team.


Job Description:


As a Field Sales Executive at Magadh Industries, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth through acquiring new clients and nurturing existing relationships. Your primary objective will be to meet or exceed sales targets while providing exceptional customer service and support. Key responsibilities include:


Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and cold calling.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to understand their needs, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction.

Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of Magadh Industries' products, features, and benefits to effectively communicate value propositions to potential clients.

Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling sales presentations and demonstrations to potential clients, showcasing the benefits of our products and services.

Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to secure new business and achieve sales targets. Close deals efficiently and effectively.

Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.

Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress towards targets. Provide regular reports to management on sales performance and market insights.


Requirements:


Bachelor's degree in Any Faculties, Marketing, or related field (preferred).

Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in a similar industry.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.

Willingness to travel extensively within the designated territory.
