Field Sales Executive

This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Sales Executive located in Patna. The primary responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with clients, generating leads, presenting DigiGini's SaaS solutions, and achieving sales targets. The Field Sales Executive will collaborate closely with the internal team to understand prospects' unique needs and deliver customized solutions. Additionally, this role entails conducting market research, attending client meetings, negotiating contracts, and fostering long-term partnerships with clients.

Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales (field sales preferred)

Freshers are NOT eligible

Upto ₹20,000 per month (based on experience & performance)

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Sales, Client Relationship Management, and Lead Conversion
• Proven ability to conduct Market Research and generate market insights
• Excellent Communication and Presentation skills
• Proficiency in Negotiation and Contract Management
• Ability to work independently, meet sales targets, and adapt to dynamic business environments
• Familiarity with SaaS solutions or digital tools is a significant advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Previous on-site sales experience in a similar role is preferred
