Job Description
- Lead and manage the field sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct market visits, client meetings, and product presentations to potential customers.
- Identify business opportunities, new leads, and target markets.
- Train, motivate, and support field sales executives to improve performance.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, distributors, and business partners.
- Track sales performance, prepare reports, and submit daily/weekly updates to management.
- Coordinate with marketing and operations to ensure smooth sales delivery.
- Resolve customer queries, provide product information, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to create effective sales strategies.
- Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred).
- Proven 2–5 years experience in field sales or sales management.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership abilities.
- Good knowledge of local market and customer behavior.
- Goal-driven personality with problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to handle targets, travel for fieldwork, and manage a team.
