Job Title: Service Executive & AM

Department: Service

Job Purpose: To provide on-site technical service, installation, and maintenance of company equipment, ensuring customer satisfaction and minimal downtime.

Gender: Male

Age: Under 30 Years

Salary & Perks: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month (plus travel allowance, food allowance, ESIC, Sales Target of spare parts (5000 Incentive: Based on Target)

Location: Bihar Field Work – Frequent client site visits across assigned region/city (100% per day travel-intensive role).

Qualification & Experience: Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. | 1–2 years of experience in service/maintenance.

Responsibilities:

• Provide on-site technical service, installation, and maintenance.
• Diagnose faults and repair mechanical/electrical equipment.
• Handle customer queries and resolve issues efficiently.
• Maintain service logs and documentation.
• Coordinate with the service team for escalated issues.

Skills & Competencies:

• Basic technical knowledge of mechanical/electrical systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving ability.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently & work independently.
• Discipline in documentation and reporting.
• Time Management.

Other Requirements (Mandatory):

• Valid Driving License (DL).
• Own two-wheeler (bike/scooter) for field visits.
• Willingness for 100% field travel per day in all regions of Bihar.
• Physically fit for field/service work.
• Basic local language proficiency for customer interaction.
• Don't have any plans for future education.
