Franchise And Retail Expansion Manager

Role OverviewSpeckarts Eyewear is expanding its retail presence through new company-owned stores and franchising. We are hiring a hands-on Franchise & Business Expansion Manager who will be responsible for building a scalable expansion model, standardizing operations, and driving growth.

This is a key role working directly with the founder and has high ownership and growth potential.

• Key ResponsibilitiesFranchise & ExpansionPlan and execute retail expansion and franchise strategy
• Identify and evaluate new store and franchise locations
• Design basic franchise structure (investment, fees, royalty concept)
• Prepare franchise pitch, ROI model, and onboarding framework
• Operations & StandardizationConvert existing store operations into SOPs and checklists
• Ensure uniform customer experience across all locations
• Create training structure for franchise owners and staff
• Partner & Franchisee ManagementIdentify, screen, and onboard potential franchise partners
• Conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations
• Support franchise partners during launch phase
• Market & Performance AnalysisConduct market and competitor analysis
• Track store performance and expansion KPIs
• Recommend cities and zones for growth (Tier 2 / Tier 3 focus)
• Candidate ProfileMust Have5–10 years experience in retail expansion / franchising
• Experience in multi-store retail, fashion, eyewear, QSR, or FMCG
• Strong understanding of store economics and profitability
• Ability to work independently and take ownership
• Good to HavePrior experience setting up or scaling franchises
• Experience with Tier-2 / Tier-3 city expansion
