Job Title:


Sales Representative – Franchise Business Development (Channel/Franchise Focus)


Location:


Bihar (Patna + District-level travel)


Experience Required:


Minimum 5 years in Franchise Development / Channel Expansion 


Role Objective:


To drive franchise network expansion across Bihar by identifying, onboarding, and managing high-potential franchise partners, ensuring sustainable revenue growth and deep market penetration.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Franchise Expansion & Acquisition


Identify and onboard new franchise partners across assigned territories


Map potential markets at district / tehsil level


Execute end-to-end franchise acquisition cycle (lead generation → pitch → closure → onboarding)


2. Franchise Development


Build a strong pipeline of prospective franchise investors / partners


Conduct business presentations, ROI discussions, and commercial negotiations


Ensure proper documentation, agreements, and compliance


3. Channel Management


Manage and grow existing franchise network


Drive primary & secondary sales through franchise partners


Ensure target achievement and territory coverage


4. Market Penetration


Develop micro-market strategies for rural and semi-urban expansion


Ensure last-mile reach via franchise network


Monitor competitor activity and identify white space opportunities


5. Relationship Management


Maintain strong relationships with franchise partners


Act as a single point of contact for business support


Resolve operational and commercial issues


6. Reporting & MIS


Track franchise performance and sales metrics


Maintain accurate pipeline, onboarding, and sales reports


Provide regular updates to management


Candidate Profile:

Must Have:


Minimum 5+ years of experience in:

Proven track record of franchise onboarding / channel expansion


Strong understanding of Bihar market geography
