Front Office Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a responsible and guest-focused Front Office Manager to manage daily front desk operations and ensure smooth check-in and check-out experiences while maintaining high service standards.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day front office operations
  • Supervise reception staff and manage duty schedules
  • Handle guest complaints professionally and efficiently
  • Monitor reservations, room availability, and billing
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments
  • Maintain daily reports and occupancy records
  • Ensure proper grooming, discipline, and service standards

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 months experience in hotel front office (Supervisory role preferred)
  • Good communication and leadership skills
  • Basic knowledge of hotel management/PMS software
  • Ability to work in shifts and handle guest pressure
