Front Office Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a responsible and guest-focused Front Office Manager to manage daily front desk operations and ensure smooth check-in and check-out experiences while maintaining high service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day front office operations
- Supervise reception staff and manage duty schedules
- Handle guest complaints professionally and efficiently
- Monitor reservations, room availability, and billing
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments
- Maintain daily reports and occupancy records
- Ensure proper grooming, discipline, and service standards
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months experience in hotel front office (Supervisory role preferred)
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Basic knowledge of hotel management/PMS software
- Ability to work in shifts and handle guest pressure
