Hotel Manager

The Hotel Manager will be responsible for complete day-to-day operations and revenue growth of Hotel Harisons, including managing front office, housekeeping, maintenance, and overall administration while ensuring high standards of cleanliness, service, and guest satisfaction; the role requires a strong focus on sales and occupancy generation by actively managing and optimizing listings on platforms like MakeMyTrip, Goibibo, Booking.com, and Agoda, handling corporate bookings, local tie-ups, pricing strategies, and promotions to maximize revenue; the manager will also oversee staff hiring, training, rostering, vendor coordination, inventory, billing, and cost control, while maintaining compliance with regulations and responding to guest feedback and reviews, with the overall expectation to run the hotel efficiently as a business unit, improve occupancy, increase monthly revenue, and ensure smooth, profitable operations.
