Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive HR Executive who will be responsible for end-to-end hiring for all our Bihar branches. The role includes manpower planning, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding to support our growing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle complete recruitment cycle for Bihar branches

Coordinate with branch heads to understand hiring requirements

Source, screen, and schedule candidates

Conduct interviews and manage offer & onboarding process

Maintain recruitment data and HR records

Requirements:

Experience in recruitment/HR (EdTech preferred)

Strong understanding of Bihar hiring market

Good communication and coordination skills.
