Job Description

Job Summary:

The HR Executive will be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee lifecycle processes, and driving training and development initiatives at Ejaz Clinic. The candidate will play a key role in establishing structured HR systems, maintaining compliance, and fostering a positive workplace culture.


Key Responsibilities:

1. HR Policy Development:Draft, implement, and periodically review HR policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Ensure compliance with labour laws and organizational standards.

2. Leave & Attendance Management:Design and manage a transparent leave management system (LMS). Maintain accurate employee attendance, leave records, and holiday schedules. Coordinate with department heads for leave approvals and workforce planning.

3. Learning & Development (L&D):Identify training needs across departments and develop relevant training programs. Coordinate internal and external training sessions for clinical and non-clinical staff. Track training progress, maintain LMS data, and evaluate training effectiveness.

4. Employee Relations & Engagement:Foster a healthy and motivating work environment. Handle employee grievances and maintain discipline and confidentiality. Organize engagement activities to improve morale and retention.

5. Recruitment & Onboarding:Support in talent acquisition by coordinating interviews and onboarding new hires. Ensure smooth induction and orientation of employees.

6. Performance Management:Assist in implementing performance appraisal systems and feedback mechanisms.


Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management or related field.

• 2–5 years of HR experience, preferably in a healthcare or service organization.

• Strong understanding of HR policies, statutory compliance, and training frameworks.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS/LMS tools.
