Job Title: HR Recruiter InternLocation: Noida

Job Description:We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Recruiter Intern to support our talent acquisition team. The intern will assist in end-to-end recruitment activities and gain hands-on exposure to HR operations.

• Key Responsibilities:Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates as per requirements
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers
• Maintain and update candidate databases
• Support in offer rollouts and follow-ups
• Assist with joining formalities and documentation
• Support other HR activities as required
• Eligibility Criteria:Graduate / Pursuing MBA (HR) or relevant qualification
• Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
• Basic knowledge of recruitment process
• Willingness to learn and positive attitude
• Comfortable working from Noida office
• Skills Required:Good interpersonal skills
• Basic MS Excel & MS Word knowledge
• Time management and coordination skills
• Team player with attention to detail
