Key Account Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to drive growth by onboarding merchants, distributors, vendors, and franchise partners. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, managing relationships, and expanding the company’s fintech and digital payment ecosystem.

• Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Growth & SalesIdentify, approach, and onboard merchants, vendors, franchise partners, and business associates
• Promote fintech products such as QR SoundBox, AEPS, BBPS, Loans, API services, and digital banking solutions
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and onboarding targets
• Conduct market research to identify new revenue opportunities
• Partner & Client ManagementBuild strong relationships with distributors, CSPs, retailers, and corporate clients
• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned partners
• Resolve partner queries and ensure smooth service delivery
• Field & Office CoordinationConduct field visits for onboarding and training
• Coordinate with internal teams (Operations, Tech, Compliance)
• Assist in vendor verification and documentation processes
• Reporting & ComplianceMaintain accurate records of leads, onboardings, and follow-ups
• Prepare daily/weekly performance reports
• Ensure compliance with company policies and RBI/NPCI guidelines
