Lead Generation Executive

About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Lead Generation Executive to join our digital marketing company. The candidate will be responsible for generating qualified business leads through calls, emails, and social platforms, and passing them to the sales team for closure.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate business leads via calling, email marketing, and social media platforms

Identify, qualify, and nurture potential prospects

Maintain and update leads in CRM tools

Share qualified leads with the sales team for further follow-up

Perform basic data entry and reporting using Excel/Google Sheets

Conduct research to identify new business opportunities

Follow up regularly with prospects to build strong pipelines

Required Skills:

Strong communication and calling skills

Knowledge of CRM tools, Excel, and email marketing tools

Ability to research, qualify, and filter leads

Good analytical and follow-up skills

Basic understanding of digital marketing (preferred)

Qualifications:

Graduate – BBA / B.Com (or any equivalent degree)

Minimum 1 year of experience in Lead Generation / Telesales / Inside Sales
